This dynamic is expressed by Seh’s passion in perfecting the fried chicken processing technique, to ensure a crispy texture like paper on the outside, and soft, juicy meat inside. After that, he spent 2 years creating the perfect “addictive” sauce, bringing a variety of Korean flavors: Garlic (Traditional Sauce) and Spicy Sauce. These two signature sauces are still produced today in Korea and shipped to Bonchon stores worldwide. And in 2018, a third kind of sauce was born – Garlic Crispy Sauce
